Prototype Hundredfold reduction of cost Unknown Unknown 0

Why
Cheap, light weight for easy and safe handling, locally to be made to avoid transport cost from a factory for concrete parts. One method of construction should serve all demands for water use.

How
Basic is the use of tiles that are tied together in rings or vessels. Application of steel wire covered with a thin layer of sand-cement mortar add strength as much as serves practical application. The construction of rings and vessels in this way is easy, but formest cheap, as the wall thickness can be a little as one centimeter and the wire can be collected from discarted car tires.
