Why
Eco-construction material gives an eco-feel to a modular system for stand building. Easily produced and cheaper than renting, these stands are quite different from tedious and monotonous stands on the market. They are quickly assembled into various positions and also easily disassembled and compactly stored.

How
Composed out of triangular pillars made with three pieces of hardboard strips, fixed together in a stocking of cotton cloth. The length of the hardboard strip determines the height of the pillar for table, bar and display height. Table tops, size 2m by 80 cm., flat on two sides, are made out of strips of scrap wood. Extra attributes exist for matching little tables and plant stands.

Additional information

Planned progress

  • Publication in appropriate media has to raise interest. A video tape is available, showing the set-up and use of the exhibition stand.
  • It is possible that the next version of the DemoSticks display material will also prove to be useful for making an attractive exhibition stand, combining the advantages of both systems.
  • Interconnection of pillars and tabletops need some improvement.
  • the interconnection between table top and pillars needs improvement. The same counts for the interconnection of pillar to pillar

    load
It looks simple to make.I assume , the length of the cloth to be 3x the width of the hardboard Should one reckon with the stretch of the cloth? Is a bedsheet strong enough?what is the load it can take?
