Creating and editing formats
To ease the entry of relevant info in a way we found productive, some formats have been developed. Practical application of the format has led to the change of it, already a number of times.
Contributors are asked NOT to change the formats as listed below, but to add their proposed new or edited format in a NEW Wiki page. This new or edited format should also be added to this list, plus a short explanation of the intension.
