Demotech Core group is not exclusive and does not as of yet have fixed positions. To be a member of Demotech Core Group, a person should be working directly for demotech, not through annother organization. Participation should be regular and they should engage in the administration of demotech's current and future plans. Demotech Core Group members do work at Demotech for Demotech, acting as central organizers of all of demotech's affairs.
