Many floors are made of cement, mixed with paint. They ware out, like this one. Sometimes floors are covered with bathroom tiles. Carpets or anything alike have not been seen.

Floors in poorer houses are just bare soil. Although hard, it adsorbes water in times of rain. It doesn't really become a pool of mud, but still.
